Quality Policy

It is the policy of Taibah Cavalry Est. top management to complete every project with the highest level of client’s satisfaction as to their specified requirements, responding to the needs and expectations of relevant stakeholders, and taking into consideration the company’s framework in doing business.

In order to achieve this goal as an organization, an effective Quality Management system has been implemented, in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standards and is based on the following fundamental principles:

• Customer requirements and feedback shall be integrated into the business process to ensure delivery on time with minimum cost and expenditures
• Provide the same emphasis on quality and customer service and working together with business partners based on mutual trust
• Provide each associate with adequate resources, proper training, skills and right motivation to direct them in delivering high quality services which meet and exceed customer requirements
• Define relevant process objectives and targets, monitor its progress and make every effort to achieve them
• Plan and execute our projects based on applicable laws and regulations

The Chairman, along with respective Managers and employees, are committed in working towards the achievement of the above principles and to continually improve the company Quality Management System.

This Quality Policy shall be posted in common areas within company and project premises, should be understood by everyone in the company, and shall be made available to relevant interested parties, if required.
